Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass) Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant: Must be at least 18 years old and intend to register a private limited company with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore.
- Company Shareholding: The applicant must hold at least 30% of the company’s shares, and the corresponding capital must be deposited into a bank account opened in Singapore.
- Excluded Businesses: The following business types are not considered for the Entrepreneur Pass: coffee shops, food courts, hawker centers, bars, nightclubs, karaoke lounges, lounges, foot reflexology/massage parlors, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Chinese herbal dispensary, employment agencies, feng shui services.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must meet both of the following conditions:
- Established or Intending to Establish a Private Limited Company Registered with ACRA:
- For already registered companies, the application must be submitted within 6 months.
- For unregistered companies, registration can be completed after approval of the Entrepreneur Pass.
- Entrepreneur, Innovator, or Investor:
- The applicant must qualify under at least one of these categories:
- Entrepreneur
- Innovator
- Investor

- Personal Resume
- Proof of past employment and recommendation letters (mandatory for applicants without business experience)
- Highest educational qualification proof
- Other personal awards or professional qualifications certificates
- Personal bank statements
- Patent certificates or copyright certificates
- Company documents (business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, shareholding proof, financial statements for the past 3 years, brochures, website, lease agreement, awards, etc.)
- Company products or photographs
- Business plan (up to 10 pages)

- After receiving an offer from a Singapore school, students should submit a Student Pass application to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore. Upon approval, ICA will issue an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. Note that the IPA letter can only be used for the first entry into Singapore and cannot be reused.
- Upon arrival in Singapore, students should make an appointment with ICA online to obtain the official Student Pass. The Student Pass allows multiple entries and facilitates long-term residence for the holder.
